Appealing to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania

Just as with Commonwealth Court, there is a limited time to file an appeal to the Superior Court. You usually have thirty days to appeal the decision below. As with other appeals, Triquetra Law lawyers will assess your appeal and offer you a flat fee to represent you on appeal.
